This website shows most of the jewelry I've recently designed. I consciously try to keep my prices reasonable and affordable out of principle. If you order an item listed as available now, you will receive the item pictured. If you order an item that can be made to order, you will receive an item remade to your specifications (length, type of clasp, and with the possibility of small design or color changes). Stay tuned because I am frequently adding more styles as well.
Purchasing: If you see anything you'd like to buy, you can order through Google Checkout or you can send me a message on the Contact Me page.
Shipping: I'll mail anything within the United States for $3.50 per order (USPS 1st Class Mail with delivery confirmation). Sales tax will only be charged for deliveries within the state of Washington. Orders will be processed and mailed within 3 business days for jewelry-only items and within 7 days for orders including a bear. For large orders, including several made to order pieces or more than one bear, I will contact you within 48 hours with the processing time.
Returns/Cancellations: Please contact me at elisaslovelythings@gmail.com within 15 days about any problems with the receipt of your order. Returns can be made within 30 days of your order. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for a full refund. For repairs, customers assume the cost of shipping to me, and I will assume the cost of shipping back to the customer. Cancellations may be made until the order is shipped. If the cancellation is made after the order is shipped, it will be treated as a return.
Materials: Most jewelry utilize two sizes of silver-colored wire: a thicker 24 gauge and a thinner 28 gauge. I am transitioning to using tarnish-resistant or non-tarnish silver-plated wire and will make note when such wire is used. Rings are made from silver, tarnish-resistant, permanently colored 20 gauge copper wire. I can install a spring ring clasp, lobster claw, toggle, or hook-and-ring clasp onto any necklace made to order.
Please note, when you receive your necklace, you may need to shape the wire to fit your neck smoothly. Simply gently use a 3-finger pinch (like a pie crust) or bend the wire until you have the shape you want!
